- Flights are always 'On Request' until confirmed with our partner airline
- Scenic flights cannot be confirmed without full names and weights of all travellers. Scenic flight weight restrictions are 130 KG
- If our regular flight operator is unavailable, we may be able to arrange an alternative operator; however, this could be at an additional cost
- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

Chris was an amazing guide
Our tour guide Chris was absolutely top-notch. He was friendly, kind, and really knew his stuff. He made sure everyone felt included, answered all our questions with patience, and shared so much interesting information that I learned a ton. You could tell he genuinely cared about the group and wanted us to have the best experience possible. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

Sam, the driver and guide, was the best. It was interesting, the conversation with the guests was lively, and the thoughtfulness was pleasant. The quality of the guests was good, and no matter where we stopped, they always gathered and departed on time or even early, and everything was on schedule (Are they all Japanese?) as I thought) It was a shame that the return Cessna couldn't fly due to bad weather and had to be replaced with a shuttle bus, but when I inquired about the refund for the difference, they processed it immediately, and I thought this was a trustworthy company.

Milford Sound tour was spectacular
The excursion from Queenstown to Milford Sound was spectacular. Our guide, Benny, was top rate. Knowledgeable, flexible and very attentive. We stopped at all the top sights and even a few hidden gems not on the itinerary. Even had a friendly encounter with some reas (parrots). The cruise through the Sound was breathtaking, with waterfalls, rainbows, penguins and snow-capped mountains. I would highly recommend Cheeky Kiwi.
