Good to know
- Not wheelchair accessible for the Rooftoops of the Duomo Cathedral
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
- It is FORBIDDEN to introduce inside Duomo food, liquids, knifes, ceramic mugs and everything that can be used as blunt weapon.
- Kindly consider that after the elevator, there are around 75 stairs in order to reach the top of the Cathedral, and back down at the end of the tour
- On hot days, we recommend wearing a hat, applying sunscreen, and bringing a bottle of water to stay protected and hydrated during the tour.
- If you selected the Open Bus Ticket, please show your voucher at the bus stop in Piazza Duomo, in front of the taxi stand. Look for the MILAN OPEN TOUR bus.
- The Spanish Tour Option is available from April 1st to October 31st at 10:00am

Awe inspiring Cathedral
Breathtaking! Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information and insight into the history of the Duomo.
Great tour!
The tour operator was fantastic. We had a difficult time getting to the location due to travel and the start of beauty week. The tour operator responded quickly and did everything they could but sadly we were too late. Because of the unusual circumstances - road closed, masses of people, stages being set up for the fashion shows - they gave us tickets with a later time so we could go in. We went to the roof and into the duomo and had a magical experience. I cannot thank the tour operator enough for their communication and consideration. I hope to be back soon and would book any of their tours including this one. I highly recommend this experience!
A waste of money
Stefano was my guide. He was using microphone, but it was still hard to hear and understand him. The microphone was not functioning properly. It was also extremely hot and humid inside the Duomo. I was very disappointed in the inside. The outside is spectacular, but the inside, not so much, especially after visiting other churches in Italy. I did not go up to the rooftop because once you’re off the elevator, you have to walk 90 stairs up and back down again. I felt this tour was a waste of money and would not recommend it
