- It is FORBIDDEN to introduce inside Duomo food, liquids, knifes, ceramic mugs and everything sharp, pointed or dangerous
- Meet in Duomo Square in front of 12OZ Coffee Joint at 11:45 AM (morning option)
- Meet in front of La Scala Theatre Museum entrance at 1:00 PM (afternoon option)
- If you selected the Open Bus Ticket, please show your voucher at the bus stop in Piazza Duomo, in front of the taxi stand. Look for the MILAN OPEN TOUR bus.

Did not honor my contract of date and time for tour!!’
Your co Cancelled my tine while I was flying. No email! Showed up on time as reminders online said! Happened to see a message under icon to contact travel co. Wasted 4 hours waiting around for 2 pm your!!! I had other things to do that day. An apology is not enough!!! Poor Italian business practices. I expect some remuneration!!’ I paid and contracted for 10 am 09/18/2026!!! Poor business practice. Phone number for help out of order or not working. Will not book a trip again. Not only one at meeting place without a tour at 10 am. I would have been our 64 euros if I had not found an indirect communication. Looked like a scam at first😡
