Discover VKOC on a kayak or on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP). Our sheltered lagoon is the perfect place to start your adventure. Whether you're a first timer or a seasoned pro, VKOC offers paddling opportunities for all levels.

With the ocean just a couple of minutes paddle from our launch area visitors enjoy the open sea, sandy beaches and waves breaking on our shores. Stop at the beach or watch birds and fish frolic.

Experience paddlers may venture around Virginia Key, a 7 mile route, or stay closer to home and explore the north point with spectacular views of the Port of Miami and opulent Fisher Island.

Our lagoon is heavenly. In the winter months manatees make their way to this harbor to bask in the warm waters and feed on the bountiful grasses. With calm flat water and shelter from even the windiest of days it's a perfect spot to enjoy Miami wildlife year-round.
