The Mexican Kitchen experience offers you the opportunity to get involved in making 4 authentic local dishes from scratch. At this shop-and-cook experience you will discover the fresh ingredients that are the base and find out where to buy them at the market. Flavor Teller introduces you to the kitchen of mrs. Yolanda of Tostadas El Tigre, one of the most popular food stands at the Pino Suarez market. You will have the honor of helping mrs. Yolanda create traditional local dishes and savour them too. Fasten your aprons - Mrs. Yolanda will get you chopping, squeezing, peeling and tasting - you'll have an authentic Mexican shop-and-cook experience in the heart of Mazatan's busiest market.
