See bricks made by hand at a brickworks studio, watch as coconuts are turned into foodstuffs and products at a factory—perhaps sampling some fresh coconut—and visit a weaving house to view mats being worked at handlooms, with the opportunity to try weaving yourself.
Then, delve into daily life in the delta as you explore a quiet village and ride a 'xe loi' motorized rickshaw around fruit orchards. Visit a riverfront restaurant to lunch on local staples and finally, ride a rowing sampan along narrow canals to enjoy the scenery.
After another boat ride, your trip ends at the original Ho Chi Minh starting point.
