Stunning views, delicious food
We really enjoyed this experience and so happy we went with the company Sea Maui. We loved all the staff/crew, especially the Captain Travis. Great experience for our honeymoon! Mahalo Sea Maui!
Great experience on board.
Great experience onboard. The crew and captain were amazing. Very attentive friendly and charismatic! Highly recommended. Only thing to improve is we were told not very matter of fact by the girl at the stand that gluten free options should be requested 24 hours in advance. We weren’t informed by the company so what do we do? But she sort of blamed that on our concierge. Why we couldn’t get a text the week or day before I’m not sure. But oh well. Also, the waiver requests were done very last minute at the stand before getting on board. All other tour companies have sent us a text the day before and we did it online in about 30 seconds. Unfortunately, we had to spend about 5 minutes per person downloading the forms from a QR code and filling out multiple pages of questions and our signatures. Not sure why it had to be so complicated and time consuming when other companies made it soooo easy?? Back end customer service and these two processes should be looked at. But onboard they made the trip excellent!! We got to see the sunset and the cliff diving up close at black rock. It was great! Drinks were great too!

This was a great experience. Crew was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Food was very good. Only 2 negatives- there was not enough seating on the top deck and it would have been nice to know when booking that we had to walk through knee deep water to get to boat.
