Summary
Double sticks drills, empty hands basic moves, balance or coordination work, or advanced material for fighters, you name it and we will do it!
We see what you need and set a program for you, or you choose from the different "chapters" already proven to work with a wide range of profiles.
Then we work around principles and focus points to transfer that martial sense into your body in 4 times 2h...
At the end, you are normally able to continue your training autonomously or to make the best out of the group training sessions you would take in the future.
I work with a methodology and a pedagogical direction that I believe to be unique.
I focus on reality of the moves and I put your brain in a mild hypnotic state thanks to which your body can take over and "answer" to your partner's moves more essentially and spontaneously.

I do believe that I can work with anybody, regardless their fitness or body awareness level. I make my working/training sessions fun, laid back and straightforward. If you would like to grow some martial sense but doesn't know if it fits you, I might ease you into moving more smoothly and accurately than you would have expected.
