The canyon of Marc is one of the fun of Ariège: fun and aquatic, it is also very cashed (that's why we only supervise small groups of 8 participants maximum). Located under a small EDF dam, we are guaranteed a moderate and stable flow :)
I will welcome you at first to my canyon center. We will get to know each other over a coffee, which will give us the opportunity to present the program of the release. Then we prepare together your individual equipment. You will have your neoprene combi, slippers, shoes, helmet, helmet, harness, class!
Departure on the site by car. The shaded approach walk only lasts about ten minutes (immediate return!).
The session begins with a complete briefing (techniques of progression, jump, rappel and zip line ...). The adventure can finally start!
The descent is gradual, it is punctuated by jumps (never mandatory), abseiling and a spectacular zip line, and other super fun slides.
After all these sensations, we go down to the center to relax and de-cool around a refresh.
