In general, OK, but be careful with the purchase indications in Chincheros/Isabel guide.
In general, a good company, they fulfilled all the tours and were punctual. At some points, they left us a little lost, for example, boarding and disembarking the Peru Rail trains... we had to figure out how everything worked. Negative points: - I wanted to buy products in 100% baby alpaca, I asked guide Isabel 3 times, she answered me every time that the best place to buy would be in Chincheros, a tour in a place of crafts there, and she also said that there would be the best prices there. I bought several products in Chincheros, only to find out later that the same products cost less than half the price in Cusco, and all the products I bought are not really baby alpaca, they are a sham. As a tourist, I have no practical knowledge about the city and products, and the guide's word was crucial for my purchase. I felt hurt. - They are a little confused regarding WhatsApp communication, which, coincidence or not, from what I understood was also Isabel's responsibility. Positive points: the Machu Picchu tour guide, Judite; she is great! Extremely helpful. The guide Roberto, from the colorful mountain, is also great! Super attentive.
