Next begin an easy nature walk along the headlands where your guide tells you about Sydney’s Aboriginal culture and local history. Arrive at Shelly Beach for a safety briefing and fitting of provided snorkel gear and wet suits. Your guide leads the group into the calm, clear waters where you look out for fish and other sea creatures.  Your guide is nearby for help or answer questions and the area has shallow and deeper water so all experience levels are accommodated. Your guide identifies sea creatures that you see and gives an overview of what marine life you might spot including blue groper, cuttlefish and sometimes, protected species like seadragons and black cod.
