Embark on an intriguing day-long tour to Crystal River, where gentle manatees eagerly await your arrival. Dive into the clear blue waters and swim alongside these curious creatures, known as the gentle giants of the marine world. Complimentary pickup from Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista, and Disney meeting point locations, ensures a seamless start to your adventure. After boarding the tour vehicle we will head off towards Citrus County, and the famous Crystal River, the only place in the world where it is legal to swim and snorkel with wild manatees. After some information from our professional tour guide and a safety presentation at the dive shop, you will be fully prepared for your boat ride.
The Coast Guard Certified Boat Captain will slowly cruise down the river looking for the wild manatees. You can choose to snorkel and swim in the crystal-clear water, or just sit back, relax, and enjoy the natural surroundings on the boat tour. Manatees, also known sea cows, are gentle giants and when snorkeling in the river where they often swim, they sometimes come to greet you or even roll over to be tickled. You cannot approach wild manatees; they are wild on the river but if we spot them manatees often will come near to humans. This is an experience you don't want to miss out on.

Know Before You Book
- Please confirm your reservation, as well as your pick-up location and time at least 48 hours in advance
- Tour is not available on some holidays, including Christmas day; check availability
- Please note that since these are wild animals, sightings are not guaranteed.
- Tour vehicle does not automatically stop at all pick up locations, so be sure to confirm your pick up time and location.
- Pick ups are between 06:00-06:45am location dependent.
- Make surety eat breakfast before you start the activity as we go direct to the dive shop after collecting all participants. You are also welcome to bring it with you on the tour vehicle, we just ask that all drinks have lids.
- Guide will wear a Gray Line uniform.
- We recommend you wear your swim wear underneath your clothes. This will make changing easier for you at the dive shop.
- All swimmers must rent wetsuits from the dive shop, they are $15 per person.
