Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola(700m) and it takes around ten hours. Day 2: Trek from Soti Khola(700m) to Mancha khola(870m), It takes around five hours. Day 3: Trek from Mancha khola to Jhagat(1340m), It takes around Six hours. Day 4: Trek from Jhagat to Deng (1860 m). It takes around Six hours. Day 5: Trek from Deng (1860 m) to Namrung (2630 m). It takes around Five and Half hours. Day 6: Trek from Namrung (2630 m) to Lho Gaun (3180 m). It takes around Four hours. Day 7: Trek from Lho Gaun (3180 m) to Sama Gaun (3520 m). It takes around Four hours. Day 8: Rest Day at Sama Gaun for acclimatization. Day 9: Trek from Sama Gaun (3520 m) to Samdo (3875 m). It takes around Four hours. Day 10: Trek from Samdo (3875 m) to Dharamsala (Larke Phedi 4460 m). It takes around Four hours. Day 11: Trek from Dharamsala (Larkya La Phedi 4460 m) to Larkya La Pass (5106 m). and than trek down to Bimthang (3590 m). It takes around Nine hours. Day 12: Trek from Bimthang (3590 m) to Dharapani (1963 m). It takes around Seven hours. Day 13: Group Jeep drive from Dharapani (1963 m) to Beshisahar (760 m). It takes around Six hours. Day 14: Bus drive from to Beshisahar (760 m) to Kathmandu. It takes around Six hours.

Why take this tour?

Manaslu Trekking used to be one of the restricted trekking route only few of the people have done trekking there. This trek is geographically spectacular and culturally fascinating. It is one of the pristine trekking route most of the cultural and religion value is still intact. It follows an ancient salt trading route along the steep sided Budhi Gandaki river with pine-forested, Buddhist monastery, different flora and fauna, endangered animals snow leopards and pandas, birds, clear view of Manaslu along the way.
