Malaga Segway Beach Tour - Playa la Misericordia
Tour info
Why take this tour?
ABOUT THE TOUR: This beach owes its name possibly to the location of a provincial asylum and hospice called “Casa de la Misericordia” built in the early twentieth century and which was in operation until 1978. The beach of Misericordia reaches an approximate length of 2000 m. and width about 30 m. It is one of the most popular beaches in Malaga and on its promenade there are still some of the chimneys vestige of the industrial Málaga of the 19th century because there are still the old towers of an old factory called “La Termica.” In this Beach Segway Tour you can also see the new promenade of the beach La Misericordia, known as "Paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas". Also in this New Beach Segway Tour you have the opportunity to visit this part of the city of Malaga, which is more frequented by local people, due to the fact that there are several traditional restaurants and chiringuitos that offer Traditional typical food.
