We will make handmade fresh pasta and all the other dishes from scratch in a warm and professional real kitchen.
It's not a demonstration, it's a real hands-on class of 3 or more hours where you will make and understand all the steps, guided by my 15-years experience in teaching.
Handmade pasta is made using only the rolling pin (never talk with me about machines!) and it is a real art, maybe not immediate but challenging and you will be really proud of your work.
At the end of the class you will have learned all the tricks of the local chefs so, when back home, you can astonish your friends with your amazing cooking.

We can make tagliatelle with ragù (bolognese sauce), tortellini, tortelloni with ricotta, ravioli, lasagne, starters, second courses and desserts.
The classes are for very small groups, so everyone can try hands-on.
We will work in a kitchen in a real warm Italian home.
On request, before the class we can have a market tour to learn everything about typical products and make good shopping
A minimum number of two persons is necessary
