Tour of Madrid
This was a great way to spend our first afternoon/evening! The food was amazing and the drinks were pretty good.
Hard to rate food tour
I am unsure on how to rate this tour as there were lots of positive aspects which were ultimately cancelled out due to the negatives. The food venues and tapas provided were of good standard. Our guide Luis was also very good and informative, however our experience was spoiled by the group size on our experience. There were 24 people in the group and despite being halved into 2 groups with 2 guides, we came together at 2 venues which were insufficient in size to cater for a group of our size. Having 24 people squashed into a tiny hot cellar was not conducive to our enjoyment of the food served. Also that size of group was not suitable for the “roof top” bar which is really just an area beside a roof pool! This is a good tour with a good guide but unfortunately for us the size of the group spoilt our enjoyment. I am sure that my review would be better if not for that issue. The tour organisers should be aware of how that issue affects their customers enjoyment of the experience.
