Make your way to Palm Beach to board the catamaran for your evening out on the water. Find a spot on the deck on the boat to enjoy the views, or duck inside the shaded cabin if you’ve had too much sun during the day. Step up to the open bar to order a cocktail, a glass of wine, or a beer. Post-sunset, head for the dinner buffet to pick out your three courses.
