My trip to Mexico
I booked this service just a day before my trip when I discovered my hotel didn’t offer shuttle transportation, and they promptly came through for me. I was immediately contacted to confirm my booking and was given all the necessary details. While I was still on the plane, Carlos reached out to provide instructions on how to find him—he was the one who escorted me to my car. Carlos was incredibly professional and friendly. He took care of everything, including my luggage, and made sure I had a seamless experience. Once we got to the car, my driver, Edgar, loaded my bag, offered me drinks, and even provided a clean towel, which I really appreciated. The ride was smooth and quick. I highly recommend this service!
A must when in Cancun
We used the SUV transport service from CUN to Tulum and back again. The SUVs are extremely roomy, and the accommodations are excellent. We were offered cold water and beer as well as cold towel for our face to help with the summer heat and humidity. Our drivers, David and Jose, were both amazing. Great service and conversation for the 1.75 hr trip. We would very much recommend this service to anyone. We were traveling with a family of five and needed a car seat included, which was easily accommodated.
