Good to know
- All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
- Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
- Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
- Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
- Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
- Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.

Thanks for the boat tour, I won't be going again, the boat tour was good, the seats were decent for the first three groups, I don't know if it's really worth be there 5 hours for a hundred, and the speed is a bit serious?

Hop-on Hop-off ticket is not worth it
I do not recommend it. The boats are full. In the morning there are long lines, but they fill the boat, and in the late afternoon/evening with hardly any line, they don't let you board the boat because they tell you it is full. A group of very rude people pushed their way in front of us and paid on the spot. And we had to wait an hour to be able to take a boat with our already paid ticket. There was no staff to control the dock or tell you where to board. And people were cutting in line. The Hop-on Hop-off ticket was not worth it for me.

Parmibder was very helpful and got us in to the right boat and tickets.
Dont rely on it running!
Fantastic service during the day. We were left stranded at the O2 on a Friday night when the ferry back into the city was cancelled. No information. No alternatives. Total chaos. Cost us a fortune for a cab back.
