  • Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be accepted at any of the stops along the routes. Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
  • 24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 mins approx. First departure (both piers): 10am. Last departure (from Tower pier): 6:55pm. Last departure (from Westminster): 7:20pm. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus
  • 48 and 72-hour tickets include a same day return trip to and from Greenwich Pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 minutes approx. First departure to Greenwich (from both piers): 10am.   • Stop 12 Horseferry Road will be suspended Monday - Friday until further notice due to extensive traffic conditions around the Lambeth Bridge area. The stop will continue to be served on Saturdays and Sundays only. The nearest alternative boarding point is Stop 10 Westminster Pier (next to Big Ben)
  • Stop 17 Grosvenor Gardens (Red Route) is temporarily closed until further notice. Customers should use Stop 16 Buckingham Palace Road instead, located directly outside Victoria Station

Scheduling Confusion

Overall our experience was good, however we did encounter a problem in that the Thames Clipper boat that we had planned to take back to our hotel at Canary Wharf finished at 7 pm and the HOHO bus finished at 8 pm! So we were unable to complete our red route and had to disembark in order to catch the subway/tube back to our hotel at Canary Wharf. Thankfully the bus driver who had just finished his shift on our bus route guided us to the subway and told us how to get back to Canary Wharf. He shared that this happens more often to travelers taking the HOHO bus. I would suggest that perhaps the bus could coordinate their schedule to conicide with the boats.

Great Way to Discover London

A really enjoyable way to discover London! The City Sightseeing bus takes you through the main areas of the city, with great views of the iconic landmarks, attractions and beautiful streets along the way. It was comfortable, convenient and a great experience for seeing a lot of London in a short time. A special mention to Abdullah, who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He definitely made the experience even better. Highly recommended!!!

London Views

The views were spectacular from the top of the bus. And my bus driver Shaz was the MOST HELPFUL!!! However, it was a bit confusing finding a stop to “hop on/off” along the route. Also the local customer service number does not work and I was unable to reach anyone by phone. There is no meeting address listed either on the TripAdvisor website. I took a picture of one of the stops and I hope this helps any future travelers.
