  • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance

  • We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours

Before you go

  • It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure

  • Our City Wonders representative will be holding a sign at the meeting point for easy recognition

  • Please note that the group size per guide is 25 people or fewer during the actual tour, however during the bus ride we will have 2 groups travelling together with 2 guides.

Cancellation Policy

    This tour is subject to a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you can do so without charge by contacting us up to 24 hours in advance of your expected departure time.

Redemption information

    Please note that Paris will host the 2024 Olympics from July 26th to August 11th, followed by the Paralympics from August 28th to September 8th. This may have an impact on our travel plans. While we are committed to minimizing any sort of inconvenience, please be aware that unforeseen issues may arise. We will make every effort to navigate challenges and ensure a smooth experience for you.
    • If you have difficulty finding the meeting point for your tour or if you have any other issue requiring urgent attention, please phone +33 (0)1-7037-1426.
    • We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Missed tours or tickets due to late arrivals cannot be refunded. Please plan on being at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the meeting time.
    • This tour involves a fair amount of walking, comfortable shoes are recommended.
    • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or mobility impairments on our tours.
    • Infants and children, no matter how young, must have a tour purchased for them in order to join the visit.

    Disclaimer:
    • Please note that the Caves des Dômes is fully closed from January 1st to February 3rd 2023. Therefore, we’ll be visiting another cellar allowing you to taste four regional wines. However, we regret to inform you that the wine tasting is not available on Sundays during that period.
