Plan for lunch:

10: 30 a.m.: Pick-up from the hotel by our Chauffeur

10:45 to 12:00 noon: Drive to the local house in Delhi. On the way, meet the host of the day. Visit the provisional store and local market to purchase the vegetables you would like to be cooked for lunch

12:00 noon to 12:30 p.m.: Get acquainted with the local house

12:30 to 1:30 p.m.: Learn how to cook and try hands on cooking with your host

1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.: Enjoy the lunch

2:15 to 2:45 or 3:00 p.m.: Get dropped at the hotel

3:45p.m.: Pick-up from the hotel by our Chauffeur

4:00 to 5:30 p.m.: Drive to the local house in Delhi. On the way, meet the host of the day, Visit the provisional store and the local market to purchase the vegetables you would like to be cooked for dinner

5:30 to 6:30 p.m.: Get acquainted with the local house

6:30 to 7:30 p.m.: Learn how to cook an try hands on cooking with your host

7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: Enjoy the dinner

9:00 p.m.: Get dropped at the hotel

You pick and choose the vegetables from the local vegetable market for the kind of meal you have to eat and also visit the provisional store to see the spices. Later get acquainted with the local house and see what their family life is like, and get to know about the daily life in the city. Engage in an interactive hands on cooking with your host in their home, for a true home culinary experience
