You might learn to make one or two seasonal vegetables such as baingan ka bharta (a spiced, mashed eggplant dish), panchmel ki sabzi (five vegetable dish) and masala bhindi (okra) or gourd, a dal (lentils) and two different types of Indian breads - rotis and mattar paratha (Indian flat bread).
