Friendly helpful driver, great zoo trip!

Excellent trip to Krakow Zoo. Pickup was punctual, our driver Maciek was friendly and very helpful. We took the 12.30 booking which got us there in time for the feeding of elephants and then penguins (so cute). He got us into the venue and directed us to make sure we didnt miss them, also provided a poncho which was much needed as it drizzled on and off. Would recommend the zoo and also this company and guide for any excursion!

Olaf gave interesting facts about krakow on the way and a very lovely tour guide.Offered to drop us off at the shopping mall instead of the hotel.

From pick up to drop off Simon was very professional and chatty made us feel safe/relaxed Simon was very down to earth so glad we booked him as our chauffeur he gave us good tips etc for Poland I would recommend him 1000% thanks Simon keep being you :)
