After being picked up from your central Seoul hotel at a time of your choosing, travel to the tour venue, where your local Korean guide will be waiting for you.
Start by trying on a Hanbok, a Korean traditional dress made in a variety of vibrant colors. Once you look the part, it’s time to experience one of Korea’s most important rituals – the tea ceremony. As you take part in the traditional Korean tea ceremony, hear more about the age-old tradition from your guide, learn the art of brewing the perfect cup of tea, and discover the significance of where each item is placed on the tray.
Next, head to the kitchen to prepare one of Korea’s most famous dishes – Kimchi, a tasty side dish of fermented vegetables with various seasonings. As you sit down to tuck into your homemade Kimchi, learn more about Korean culture and etiquette, including how to greet people and the importance of respecting elders.
At the end of your tour, you’ll make a quick stop at a duty free shop to pick up some traditional Korean souvenirs, before being dropped back at your hotel.
