Amazing experience
It was absolutely amazing!!! 🤩 The staff was professional, kind, friendly, and funny — such a wonderful group of people who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Transportation to and from the hotel was included, there were snorkeling opportunities and snacks throughout the trip, and the lunch was excellent. The tour itself was incredible — stunning views, beautiful water, and we were even lucky enough to see sharks and sea turtles! 🦈🐢 Highly recommended!!! We had an amazing experience and would definitely do it again ❤️
Amazing guides and trip, highly recommend
Amazing trip, far exceeded our expectations! Very well organised and efficient- hotel pick up, complimentary breakfast, unlimited coffee and water on board, Thai buffet lunch all included. The stand out was our excellent guides who were so helpful and friendly and made sure we got the best experience- making sure our equipment was properly fitted, giving us information about the various stops, pointing out various sea animals so we didn’t miss anything, and taking great photos underwater which are also included in the price! Such a great day, couldn’t ask for more.

Great staff and service, but it felt too crowded and wildlife welfare could be better.
Good experience concerning booking, communication, pick-up and drop-off. That went very smooth and our dietary requirements were well taken care of. The guides were friendly, our boat was comfortable with 25 people and the information on board was good. The downside was how busy it felt. Three Oxygen boats went to the same spots at the same time, along with boats from other operators. At Shark Bay, there were so many people around a single turtle that it became very crowded, with lots of shouting, including from guides in the water. Some people even touched the turtle as it was surrounded by people when it came up to breathe. For us, this did not feel right from a wildlife welfare perspective. We know Oxygen can't control what other operators do, but we would have liked the guides to do a bit more to keep people at a respectful distance from the wildlife.
