Sadly Not great.
We had high hopes, but sadly this wasn’t great. We were collected by our jeep and collected another family as expected…and then taken to our first stop to be told we were meeting 5 other jeeps all full of other people! The guide came on one of these. She was supposed to be English speaking, which she was a little, but she shouted through a mega phone and couldn’t be understood very well. We thought this was a small tour and a guide of our own. We were rushed between stops, short time to look around, with not much explanation of what we were looking at etc… most of which we couldn’t understand. Disappointing trip and sadly wouldn’t recommend. The other family we shared the jeep with were lovely. Fun trip in that with our driver - roof top fun too! Lunch was very tasty at a lovely location.
Tourism sightseeing on the fly
I took this excursion with my two children; overall, it was possible to visit all the attractions within the time in a given time window of 10 to 35 minutes. We booked at a discount 1 day in advance and were even picked up at a hotel that was not on the list—otherwise we would have had to walk 5 min. That was very friendly! The English-speaking tour guide was unfortunately hard to understand, but made an effort to explain something about the plants and the temples on Ko Samui. Overall, I cannot expect more for the price. Anyone who wants to see a lot quickly and has no problem with souvenir shops is in the right place here.
