- If you are concerned about seasickness, please note that this tour stays in the calm, protected waters of the Inside Passage and does not go out into the open ocean; large waves and rough seas will not be encountered
- Guests must be able to navigate a 9-step boarding ladder to enter the vessel. Each step is approx 6" high. Guests are seated during the entire tour
- Wheelchairs, strollers and walkers are not taken on board the boat; instead they are taken at the bottom of the boarding ladder and taken to a dry, secure area during the tour and returned at the conclusion of the tour

Viator gave us the wrong meetup location.
If you book through Viator, they give you the WRONG location!! They told us to meet at the Pier Ketchikan Cruise Pier, 131 Front St, Ketchikan, AK 99901, USA. We went there and then were told to go to berth 4 which was a 20 minute walk! We barely got there in time and as a result got stuck in the back of the boat. FIx your damn instructions. The tour itself was fine but I'm giving 3 stars due to this problem. Viator and the tour operator need to fix this.
Fun way to see Ketchikan
This was a fun way to see the highlights of Ketchikan and learn a lot about the town and its history. Captain Miguel and tour guide Abigail were knowledgeable and entertaining. The staff helped me get into the craft and stowed my wheelchair safely. Definitely recommend this excursion.

Super informative tour! We learned so much about the Ketchikan area and were able to see some wild life in the bay.
A wonderful ride with a great team!
First, Frank our Captain and our amazing tour guide Abigail “The Cheesehead” were both fantastic!! They made the experience so great. Seeing Ketchikan from the duck was also fun with a little sea and a little street making it come to life. Thank you to the entire Duck team for making our first stop in Alaska memorable.
An Excellent Overview of Ketchikan
Ketchikan Duck Tour was the perfect way to explore the town and its surroundings. It was very competitively priced when compared to other shore excursions offered by Celebrity. Ellie and Jonathan presented a great tour and provided many interesting factoids that only true locals could share.
