    Please contact Gray Line Orlando if you do not have a confirmed pick-up place and time from the set pick up route for the tour.

    The tour departs the final location at 8am –ICON Park, Rear of the plaza at the base of ‘the wheel’ facing Universal Blvd.
    All other pick-up locations are earlier, and you must confirm with Gray Line directly in advance of your tour date, where you are getting picked up and the boarding time.

    Please be at the location spot 10 minutes prior to departure time. The tour guide will have on a Gray Line uniform. If you don’t see the tour vehicle, or if you have any issues finding your pickup location, please contact our office via phone call or what’s app messenger.

    You do not need to print your voucher. Please just show it to the tour guide on your phone/tablet as you board the tour vehicle. When you board the tour bus the tour guide will provide you the necessary tickets for the Kennedy Space Center and the Explore Bus Tour.
