Kayak and Snorkel - South Shore Turtle

No experience is necessary on this kayak and snorkeling adventure. If desired, your guide will provide beachside paddling instruction before you launch into the water. You’ll head along Maui’s southern shore, past Little Beach and Big Beach, out towards La Perouse Bay. Admire the scenic views from the water while your guide provides commentary about the island. 

Then, hit the water! Snap on your snorkel gear and peer into the exotic marine life below. Glide past colorful coral reef, schools of fish and a green sea turtle or two. If you’re up for the 4.5-hour excursion, lunch will be provided along the way.

Discover what lies above and below the clear waters of Makena Bay on a kayak and snorkel tour. Choose a single or 2-person kayak, then enjoy exceptional mountain views and possible wildlife sightings as you paddle along the coastline. Later use provided snorkel gear to explore colorful reefs that are home to endangered sea turtles. No experience is necessary for either activity and guides are happy to provide instruction.

Paddling distance for 2.5 hour tour is very leisurely. Snorkel time is approximately 45 minutes.
