Kathmandu tour is sightseeing at below UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu. Kathmandu Durbar Square - was the old residence of the kings where many temples, old palaces, shrines are located. Patan Durbar Square - is a great example of Newari architecture with old palaces, courtyards, temples. Bhaktapur Durbar Square - located 13 km from Kathmandu is medieval town with many landmarks like golden gate, palace of 55 windows, Nyathapole temple, pottery square.   Swayambhunath 'Monkey Temple' - located atop hill is a Buddhist Stupa with spectacular view of the Kathmandu. Tourist popularly call it 'Monkey Temple' due to many monkeys residing at it's forested area. Pashupatinath - the temple of Lord Shiva is located at the banks of holy Bagmati River. Hindu funerals ritual are performed at the Bagmati River.  Boudhanath - is the largest Buddhist Stupa inside the Kathmandu Valley with many other monasteries.
