Kathmandu Cycling Tour - 1 Day

The 1-day Kathmandu cycling tour caters to all levels of riders and not only gives you the joy of riding through some beautiful locations but also takes you to some of the ancient temples and sacred sites of the Kathmandu valley. This biking tour to Kathmandu valley will take you to an elevation of 2,200m, past picturesque Newari villages and traditional farms. The tour provides its participants an opportunity to understand the rich culture of Kathmandu valley which is also filled with historic sites, ancient temples, shrines and fascinating villages. The tour starts at 9 AM after breakfast and ends at 3 PM. Following the tour guide, we cycle to Chobhar gorge which is located 9km southwest of Kathmandu valley. Here, you will learn about a mythical legend that revolves around the making of the valley. You will also visit Adinath temple situated on top of the hill and enjoy the picturesque view of the valley.Then, we cycle to Kritipur, an ancient town located on a ridge 10km southwest of the valley. We will ride through the narrow alleyways of the ancient town and view the old shrines, temples and traditional houses typical to the valley.
