Jolly Pirate Morning Sail and Snorkel Cruise in Aruba

Highlights

  • Included snorkel instruction and equipment appeal to beginners on up

  • All-inclusive experience with barbecue lunch and open bar on the boat

  • Travel in style on an 85-foot (26-meter) “pirate ship”

Summary

At MooMba beach, board your teak “pirate ship” and sail away from Aruba's picturesque coast, taking in the sights from the deck. Set sail for the first of your three snorkel stops, Malmok; its shallow, calm waters are great for beginners. Prior to jumping in, you get fitted with a mask, flippers, and snorkel by your experienced crew. The next stop is Boca Catalina, with similar conditions and tropical fish such as grouper, parrot fish, angelfish, and yellow-striped grunts. The day’s finale is the shipwreck of the SS Antilla, a German ship sunk during WWII. Paddle around the hulking ship and see the local marine life that has made the ship its underwater home. Back on board, refuel with a barbecue lunch and drinks from the open bar. Take a turn on the rope swing or simply lounge in the sun on the way back to MooMba beach.
