City sightseeing 10/10 excellent
We did the city tour and the safari to Dinokeng... The safari was an incredible, interesting, and very fun experience... The city sightseeing service was excellent from the moment we boarded the bus that would take us to the reserve; it had Wi-Fi, A/C, and bottles of water along the way. The Dinokeng reserve was wonderful... We saw animals that we only appreciated in zoos and on TV. I want to thank @Tebogo at the Rosebank office who got us 5 last-minute tickets so we could do the safari.
Humbling trip around Soweto
The Soweto part of this bus tour was fantastic. Our guide, Kageso, who was Soweto born and bred, was absolutely fantastic. His enthusiasm, knowledge and fabulous personality really made the experience memorable. 5* to him !!
Excellent opportunity to get to know the city but also basic aspects of its culture and recent history.
It is very well organized. The stories through headphones can be heard in several languages, including Spanish. Although there isn't enough time to get off at every stop, the extension to Soweto is highly recommended as an immersion into the neighborhood where the harsh reality of apartheid was experienced with the greatest intensity.

Very punctual and...
Very punctual and covering the main landmarks of the city. Soweto tour was good but there was no time to enter the Mandela house and I would have liked to do that without waiting for the next bus stop in the same place (every 40 minutes), so in the end I skipped It. I would suggest to include that visit (or the option/time to do It) in the duration of the tour.
