- Guest cancellations are non-refundable, but changes or rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience.
- No experience in astronomy is needed—this tour is beginner-friendly and inclusive.
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved (e.g., certified service animals).
- Tours operate year-round, but early booking is recommended, especially in school holidays and long weekends.
- Exact location in Vincentia will be shared via email or SMS 24 hours before the tour. It’s typically a quiet beach with low light pollution.
- Bring warm clothing, even in summer—coastal nights can get chilly. A hat or beanie is also recommended in colder months.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled into your camp chair or picnic rug before the session begins.
