Summary Description

• Join a private cooking class held by a teacher, who is capable of making, well, practically every sort of dish.

• Have fun working together with your partner(s) to prepare the menu. The teacher is very friendly and eager to share a culinary culture of your country.

• The menu for the experience changes every month. However, other menus can be available upon request. See below for examples of menus in the past.

• After finishing the cooking, it’s time to say itadakimasu, (let’s eat!). It will be the most delicious Japanese meal you’ve ever made on your own!

Note

A menu used in the class before can be brought up again upon request. Examples are:

If you are looking to get a deeper insight into Japanese food (washoku), there is no better way to do it than cooking it. So here we are at a small cooking studio in which you can experience a Japanese home style cooking. This is a great chance for you and your travel mate to escape from the travelling crowd and make a delicious meal together.
