Here, you will meet with our family and make sure that everything is there for the classes. If you have any pre-questions you can ask and if you know anything about Indian Spices, Lentils and other you can share your experience with us.
Here, your mentor Mrs. Asha Sinha will be with you all the time to help you with your queries and teach you some basics of Indian Cooking.
Also, along with the cooking. You can feel the culture and tradition which we follow from hundreds of years which in some of the way is also connected with the cooking.
Here, the class will be for 4-5 Hours and the you will be taught the below:
- Introduction to Indian Spices
- Masala Chai (Indian Tea with Milk)
- Veg Pakora (Indian Snack)
- Corriander Chatni (Indian Sause)
- Homemade Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- Seasonal Vegetable
- Daal (Lentils)
- Vegetable Pulav
- Tawa Roti or Stuffed Parantha
Upon the ending of this session you will return with bags full of memories of our culture, traditions and Indian Cooking recipes.
