Pickup and Drop-off Times: 
We pickup guest from hotels and residences at 6 AM from Jackson and Teton Village.  The distance between the two locations is 12 miles.  If you are within the 12 mile perimeter, you will be pickup and drop-off at the same location.  If you are out of the perimeter, let us know and we shall wait for you across the Cowboy Bar in Jackson, WY.  And we have also pickup and drop-off guests at the McDonalds and town parking lots.

 • Group Size: Minimum 1 guest; Maximum 8 guests.

  • Pricing Structure: Standard Private Group (1–4 Guests): $1799 total. Ages 3+; where children are participating, there must be at least one adult supervising.Small Private Group (5 Guests): $1949- 1 adult OR $1937 1 child.Small Private Group2 (6– Guests): $2099- 2 adults OR $2075- 2 children.          

 •  Small Private Group 3 (7 Guests): $2249- 3 adults OR $2213- 3 children 

 •  Small Private Group 4 (8 Guests): $2399- 4 adults OR $2351- 4 children. 

 

Tour Inclusions:
 • Lunch Deli:  • Each adult and young children assisted by the parents or care takers, lunch menu forms, and the deli prepare delicious deli lunches.  It is free and it comes with cold bottled water, snacks.  The deli also has vegan diets.  In the pasts some of our guest have come with diets they prefer.  After you stop at the fountain Paint Pots, the tour guide will take you to a cool lunch location by the Firehold River, where you can watch birds, people fishing while you have you awesome meal.  
Tours are presented in English only.  Breakfast is available for those who cannot, because the hotel restaurants aren't open or for any other reasons.

We pay your park entrance fees.  It is all included in the price.

Each guest will have a binoculars to himself or herself.  There is also one scoping lens to be used by the private group.

Accessibility:
Out of the 5 highlights, only the Grand Prismatic Spring has some moderate hill to walk, the other four, Old Faithful, Fountain Paint Pots, Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and Hayden Valley are flat.

Intensity: Moderate walking involved (approx. 2 miles and up to 3.5 miles if you wish).

Vehicle:
We use a Ford Transit for your Jackson WY Yellowstone Lower Loop Wildlife & Geothermal tour.  The reason is simple.  It has large windows that will allow you to use binoculars, sometimes without stepping out of it.  The capacity is 14 passengers, but we intentionally peg the private group tour to 8 people max.  Toddlers are not allowed, and every guest wether 3 years old or 100 are counted.

Disability and Elevation and Sulfur:
The Ford Transit we utilize is not disable-friendly.  It has no wheelchair lifts.  The elevation in the Lower Loop is 7500 to 8400 feet above sea level.  In few places especially the Mud Volcano, the stench of sulfur is very high.  Therefore if you have problems with such elevation or with sulfur, please seek advise from your Doctor before booking the tour.  

Refunds:  We allow you to cancel the tours, 24 hours before 6 AM the following day of the tour.  Failure to do so, will result in loosing the whole amount of your booking money.

Important Information
Know Before You Book
  • Strict Age 3+: No infants or toddlers. The system will block bookings for children under 3, and attempts to book more than 8.
  • Max 8 Rule: Every guest counts as a seat. A group of 9 (even with a child) cannot be accommodated.
  • Supervision: At least one adult (18+) is required per vehicle.
Know Before You Go
  • Dress in layers & wearing sturdy, closed-toe shoes for boardwalks & short walks.
  • For your safety, maintain at least 100 feet distances from wildlife & stay on boardwalks.
  • Don't forget your camera.

Vehicle Access: This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to step into and out of the transit van independently.

Service Animals: Per ADA and NPS rules, trained service dogs are permitted but must remain on a leash. They are strictly prohibited from leaving the boardwalks in thermal areas due to the extreme danger of the boiling ground.
