Isla Contoy Tour with Snorkel, Buffet Lunch and Isla Mujeres

Begin with pickup at your Cancun hotel, then travel to the waterfront to board a boat for Contoy Island. Enjoy views of the coast during the hour-long trip to Contoy, and meet a marine biologist for an orientation to the island’s plants and animals. Break for a Caribbean lunch of freshly-caught grilled fish, delivered by fisherman from a nearby island, then spend the afternoon exploring the island. Head to the beach for a swim in pristine coastal water, soak up the sun on the beach, and spot some of the manta rays that cluster along the waterline. Bird-lovers should bring their binoculars for an afternoon of spotting some of the migratory species that travel along the coast, and snorkel equipment is available for exploring the coral reef. On the return trip to Cancun, make a short detour to Isla Mujeres, where you’ll have time to visit the small downtown shopping area before continuing to the mainland. This tour concludes with drop-off at your Cancun hotel.
