Summary

After checked in, we will have a 45min-1 hour instructional session both in classroom and in heated pool. You will learn the basic skills of SCUBA! Once you have completed this portion, you will proceed to Wailoa Boat Harbor. There you will be briefed and on your way to two of our beautiful dive sites. You will take a 30 minute boat ride out and 30 minute ride back. Each dive will be approximately 45 minutes with another boat ride to the second dive site.

Why take this tour?

Wanted to try SCUBA diving but not yet certified? Or already certified, but have an uncertified family member or friend who is interested in giving it a try? No problem! One of our professionally trained SCUBA Instructors will teach you the basics and then take you on an introductory tour of the reef to experience the underwater world. This Introductory to SCUBA Diving course consists of 30 minutes of classroom instruction, 30 minutes of pool skills, and two open water dives off our ocean faring boat Moana Mea A‘a for an approximate total of 5 hours.
