Never paddled before? Or perhaps you’ve thought of giving SUP a try but didn’t know where to start? No worries! With almost 10 years of instructing, our course is a perfect way to ease into the basics of Stand Up Paddleboarding. We take you through, not only water safety and getting comfortable standing up, but also general skills to maneuver the board. After this intro session you’ll be absolutely hooked! We will provide a PFD, SUP, paddle and leash. All courses are lead by a Paddle Canada Certified SUP Guide. Tour length is approximately 1.5 hours.

Stand Up Paddleboarding(SUP) is the most unique way to explore the Rocky Mountains and the waterways within them. Johnson Lake is one of the most stunning lakes on the planet. Turquoise waters welcome you to paddle in its serenity, while Rundle and Cascade Mountains loom overhead.
