In Pursuit of Reindeer - Snowmobile safari to reindeer farm in Rovaniemi

Meet your guide during a pickup at your Rovaniemi hotel at approximately 1:00pm (depending on your hotel). Then, hop aboard your snowmobile, and zoom onward to a reindeer farm nestled in the Finnish countryside to begin your 3-hour tour. On arrival at the reindeer farm, spend time meeting the animals and listen as your guide explains their habits and characters. Gain insight into the art of reindeer husbandry, and learn of the roles reindeer play in traditional Lappish culture. Then, take a seat in your sleigh, and enjoy a spin through the snowy wilderness. Enjoy sweeping views over the snow-capped forests, and then receive your very own International Reindeer Driving License. Take part in a Finnish Arctic Circle ceremony in a traditional Lappish tepee, and keep warm with a selection of hot drinks. Afterward, return in comfort to your Rovaniemi hotel.
