Arrive Early and Be Part of the Preps

You will arrive at the launch site before dawn and then head to the Majlis area to be welcomed with dates, gahwa, tea, and coffee. Watch a safety video and also listen to the instructions from our expert crew. After this, you will be taken to the launch site, where you can join the team for the flight preparation activities. Once the colorful balloon is unfurled and the basket is ready, it is time to take off!

Children between age 5 to 11 years of will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

Before you go

Guests must carry a valid ID proof or passport.
Passengers without a valid ID will not be allowed to fly.
The waiver form must be filled out and submitted online 24 hours before the flight.
Please complete the wavier form and upload a copy of your passport in image format only.

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
