    • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
    • Long pants and sunscreen are highly encouraged
    • Children must be at least 10 years old to participate
    • Children under 18 must be accompanied by adult on tour to participate.
    • There is a minimum height requirement of 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) and a maximum weight limit of 230 pounds (104 kg)
    • Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity
    • Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity
    • For your safety and convenience, please provide accurate weight & height during booking as you will be weighed at check-in. Misrepresentation of body information could result in denial of service without a refund

    Required check in at Kualoa Ranch Ticket Office no less than 45 minutes prior to tour time indicated on voucher. If you miss your required check in ( no less than 45 minutes prior to tour ) there will be no refunds issued.
