- Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
- Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
- This transfer does not service Aulani Disney Resort and Ko'olina area.

Our driver had great communication with us and was very punctual. When he arrived, he helped us load all of our belongings in the van. Great experience.

Hard to find the meeting...
Hard to find the meeting point, there are signs for arranged travel however there are no signs at the place where you need to stand and wait. Was stressful finding the shuttle.
Meeting point is through doors at the very end of baggage claim carousel, not where taxi, uber or rentals doors.
No clear instructions on how to get to meeting point. Two buses took airline crew bf us so we waited a long time for the ride. The greeter at airport extremely polite but not the bus driver. We were dropped off in front of hotel.
Unavailable ride to destination.
Never took the reserved shuttle to our destination due to unavailable vehicle for at least 1 1/2 hrs. later. So agent gave us option of waiting or take another ride and will be refunded. Exhausted from long trip, decided to take Uber to our hotel. This is unacceptable!!!. Bad business! Am home now and had called about my refund but have NOT gotten a response. Will not do another business with VIP Trans again . Hope TripAdvisor would do something.
