I was contacted as soon as my plane arrived and given instructions of where to meet. He was there waiting on me and took me to a car where I was the only one taken from the airport! What a delight no stops, much better than my last year trip with them!

VIP ground transfer thru Viator is the worst ground transfer company in Ohau. They canceled us and put us down as a No Show before our flight landed and had to calls serval time as they kept giving us a run around and after the 4th time on the phone they told us to find our own way to the hotel. The worst customer service. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR $$.
There was too much...
There was too much confusion from the online booking process. My flight arrival info was not confirmed, my hotel was listed as my pick up point. I gave the dispatch person my exact location at the airport, SWA baggage claim post #50. I was told to meet the van at post #31. Once aboard, we drove past my original location, #50, because its a one way street. Was I supposed to declare a physical disability to dispatch? Briefly annoyed, mild physical discomfort, but excited to be in Oahu

Was on time, waited for us until we got our luggage, even though it was late. Easy to find driver, he kept in contact until I was on the van.
