Your cooking class will start at the Hoi An food market where you will learn about some Vietnamese words that can be used to bargain with local people about what you will buy at the market. ,

Next, we will take a short walk to Hoi An harbor. This port was once the busiest port of Southeast Asia in the 15th and 16th centuries. Here, we take a boat ride along the bank of the Thu Bon River for cooking classes at Cam Thanh fishing village (45 minutes ) . Enjoy and admire the unique eco coconut forest in village before your cooking class starts.

My brother, a professional chef with many years of experience, will demonstrate and share with you the steps to cook unique dishes that are only offered locally.

Each of you will be cooking your own food and sharing the culinary experience of each person with us.
