- The starts starts at 10:00am daily, year round.
- The tour includes electric bike, helmet, bike lock, tour guide, and a post-tour bonus bike rental.
- NOTE: THIS TOUR IS ONLY FOR AGES 13 YEARS AND UP.
- Ages 13 & up are recommended, however globally the trend is to have younger riders use them, so it is allowed for 10–12-year-olds to use them if riders are tall enough and parents permit by signing an additional waiver. The e-bikes are gentle pedal assist models, they do not work if the rider is not pedaling. We do not feature throttle E bikes which are more dangerous for the inexperienced.

- Operations are weather-sensitive. Mist and fog do not cancel as that is part of our normal weather pattern. It is at our discretion to cancel a tour due to rain or dangerous riding conditions. If we deem the weather appropriate for riding, the tour will not be officially cancelled.
