  • Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to RHÔNE SHUTTLE, the recorded cancellation date will determine the amount of fees retained on the basis of the confirmation invoice as follows:Any booking made with RHÔNE SHUTTLE will be governed by and subject to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the following information carefully. This constitutes a contract between You (the customer) and We (RHÔNE SHUTTLE).
  • CANCELLATIONS:
  • 30 days or more before the start of the service No penalty Between the 15th and 29th day before the start of the service 30% of the total cost of the service and at least €150.
  • Between the 2nd and 14th day before the start of the service 50% of the total cost of the service and at least €150. Less than 48 hours before the start of the service, 100% of the total cost of the service will be retained Upon receipt of the customer's cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, RHÔNE SHUTTLE will send them a cancellation invoice within 10 days and will reimburse them for any excess payment. In the event of non-presentation of an individual customer or part of the customers of a group at the agreed time and place for pick-up, no refund will be made..
  • 3 days or more before services: no charge / 2 days before services: 50 % / 1 day before service, the day of services or no show: 100% of the total amount due. In case of late arrival by the client, we will wait 10 minutes after the departure mentioned with the other participants. After 10 minutes, the booking is considered as a no show.

  • The Côte de Beaune wine region covers roughly 20 kilometers (12 miles) between the northern and southern part of the appellation. Both red and white wines are produced here with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay being the main grape varieties planted. Historically known as "Vin de Beaune" or "Pinot Vermeil" it wasn't until 1936 that the wines were classified using the AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) classification system.

  • Drive along the rolling hills and stunning landscapes through top rated wine appellations such as Meursault, Volnay, Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet. Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet wines are considered to be some of the finest whites wines produced in Burgundy while Volnay and Pommard produce some of the most elegant and delicate red wines of Burgundy. This is definitely high on the list of all wine lovers.
  • Here, you will arrive in a local estate to begin your Burgundy wine tasting experience. Enjoy a private commented tasting of local Côte de Beaune wines. Your guide, who is a wine expert, will be with you so do not hesitate to ask questions concerning the wines that you will be tasting.

  • For lunch it is possible for you to pre-book one of our meal options that have been put in place to enhance your Burgundy wine tour experience. You will be able to select the option that is adapted to your wishes during the booking process.
  • Lunch Option 1 - Wine tasting lunch at a family estate. Set menu of Burgundy dishes and cheeses to pair with a selection of the estate’s wines. (Closed on Sundays)

  • After your free time for lunch, continue your Côte de Beaune wine tasting experience
  • To perfect this wine tour in Burgundy, travel through the winegrowing villages to the north of Côte de Beaune. As you are driven through the vineyards, reach the Hill of Corton, a unique place famous for its Grands Crus red and white wines. The Corton Hill is located alongside the Route des Grands Crus at the northern tip of the Côte de Beaune wine region. On these slopes over 150 hectares of vines are divided into numerous appellations including 2 Grands Crus: Corton red and Corton Charlemagne white.
  • Experience another wine tasting experience of the local wines. Participate in a prestigious commented tasting at a renowned estate: Compare the elegance of the Pinots Noirs with the unoaked white wines.
