Vouchers are subject to restricted times of departure, restricted dates, and restricted capacity. You must call a minimum of one week in advance of your trip date and schedule your reservation. While making your reservation, you must state you possess a voucher and intend to utilize for this reservation. Failure to state your intention to utilize your voucher will result in your voucher being ineligible for redemption at the time of your reservation.

In the event of a trip cancellation, issued by the captain of the vessel, a refund is possible within 30 days of the canceled trip. After the 30 day period, a canceled trip ticket is only valid for a future trip. The ticket holder can opt in the event of a canceled trip to transfer the ticket to another trip, subject to availability.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
